Specimen Handling	Draw samples Monday through Wednesday ONLY. Do NOT collect CSF in one large tube and aliquot into the tube set. CSF must be collected from the first drop into the designated tubes in the order indicated on instructions in collection kit. Tube #1 = 0.5 mL, tube #2 = 0.5 mL, tube #3 = 1.0 mL, tube #4 = 1.0 mL, tube #5 = 0.5 mL. If sample is blood contaminated, tubes should IMMEDIATELY be centrifuged and clear CSF transferred to a new tube then frozen.
Methodology	High pressure liquid chromatography with electrochemical and florescence detection.
